Downsize 4 U is owned by Karrie Craig who works with families to make downsizing decisions in preparation for a move or another life change. We will create a plan together and enact the plan in a supportive and caring manner. The goal of Downsize 4 U is to make the downsizing and/or moving process as simplified and smooth as possible — keeping in mind the comfort and safety of our clients.

We will sort, organize and assist in allocation of possessions to family and friends. We also work with you to find donation opportunities within our community and to provide advice regarding consignment, estate sale and auction options.

Downsize 4 U offers assistance with moving plans, packing, move oversight, space planning, unpacking and resettling.

The process starts with a no-cost consultation to discover what services are needed. We then provide a proposal and begin plans to work together.

Downsize 4 U is an LLC registered in the state of Iowa. We are insured with a one million dollar liability policy.
