About Us
Karrie Craig is the owner of Downsize 4 U — she has lived in the Iowa City area for over 20
years. Karrie has a PhD in Behavioral Medicine with an emphasis on traumatic events and
stress. She uses this skill set to work with clients and their families. Karrie enjoys time with her three sons, her parents and extended family. Walking, reading, volunteering and baking are some of her favorite activities.
